• Steering rack and column – for play, leaks, or wear
• Track rod ends and ball joints – for wear or looseness
• Power steering system – fluid level, pump condition, and any leaks
• Wheel alignment – because pulling or uneven wear is often related to alignment rather than the steering components themselves
• Tyres – wear patterns can indicate underlying steering or suspension issues

Electric Power Steering

Many modern vehicles use electric rather than hydraulic power steering. Faults in these systems often generate specific diagnostic codes, and we have the equipment to read and interpret them accurately across a wide range of makes and models.
